Here Joolz asked the dreadlocked girl for permission. She said yes (as we can see) and said that she likes being asked, and usually people just take it regardless.

Which raises another question - do people flamboyanty dressed usually have a lot of self-confidence and therefore to they like being asked to have their photo taken more often?
